What an incredibly pleasant stay! The owner has maintained and renovated the hotel exceptionally well. The breakfast was fantastic, the facilities were very convenient, and the service was attentive—even though the owner's English isn't perfect, they went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel to everyone.

Beautiful building and room, the decor is well considered, quirky and tasteful. The room had a view of the castle! It was just wonderful. We had a great time.

accommodation beautiful, clean, newly renovated. great staff, helpful, kind... beautiful historic town, great trip to Brocken mountain by steam train... and as a bonus the city music festival... really great stay. thank you

The hotel, right in the middle of the Wernigerode old town, minutes away from the often photographed town hall. The hotel, is in an old building, that has been tastefully restored with all the comforts. The breakfast, was great. The hosts went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
